Join us for a special floor talk by local artist Sue Heydon, as she discusses her deeply personal exhibition, George’s War: Following My Father’s Journey.
Sue’s father, George Heydon, was captured during the 1941 Greek campaign and spent over four years as a WWII prisoner of war, enduring immense hardship. Through her art and research, Sue brings his untold story to life, exploring themes of resilience, sacrifice, and the lasting impact of war.
